Ceramic liners are generally expensive due to production process limitations.

Once they break during use, they must be entirely replaced, resulting in low effective material utilization and short service life. Rubber liners are prone to aging and have poor tear resistance, especially under the impact of high-speed hard materials. Operating temperatures rise, significantly accelerating wear rates.

Therefore, using contemporary composite material technology to develop a new type of high-performance wear-resistant composite liner is of great significance for improving grinding efficiency and reducing energy consumption in grinding operations.
